Large, open sites are well suited to RVs and have close access to the water. Here you can hike, mountain bike, swim or just relax by the water. Go sailing, wind surfing, canoeing, boating, or fishing on the reservoir.<br>Firewood is not available for purchase on-site. Visitors can bring their own firewood or purchase wood from: Spruce View Co-op Hwy. 54 (open Monday-Saturday 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm) or Innisfail FasGas (open 24/7). This quiet campground is found in North Fork Provincial Recreation Area, 6 km west of Millarville on Hwy. 549. There are around 25 sites here. It is a great base camp for those hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding in the Sheep Valley.<br>Firewood available for purchase at McLean Creek campground store, at manager`s site and from firewood truck.You are expected to bring your own water. North Ghost Campground, Ghost Airstrip Provincial Recreation Area

There are hiking and OHV trails in the surrounding areas. Please keep OHVs on trailers until you reach the off-site trailhead.<br>Opening date subject to snow levels. Camping season may extend into November, weather-permitting.Water is available from a hand pump at this site. Although Alberta Parks strives to maintain water quality, we recommend that you bring your own drinking water.

A small campground found in Obed Lake Provincial Park, 55 km west of Edson off Hwy. 16. This is a small access point to a large lake along the Yellowhead Highway. Sites are suited to both RVs and tents. A great spot to launch a canoe or power boat to fish or explore the expansive lake.<br>Water is available from a hand pump at this site. Although Alberta Parks strives to maintain water quality, we recommend that you bring your own drinking water.

Government of Alberta regulations require that water from pumps/taps like the one located here NOT be used for drinking, cooking or washing (including brushing teeth and washing dishes). Water from the pump/tap onsite can only be used for purposes like putting out a campfire.The sewage disposal station here is permanently closed. The nearby Town of Fort Macleod operates a public sewage disposal and potable water station (located on the east side of the town next to Mac`s Convenience Store).

This small riverside campground is in Oldman River North Provincial Recreation Area, 40 km north of Crowsnest on Forestry Trunk Road. Sites are suitable for tents and RVs and are surrounded by trees. Go fishing here or access the nearby OHV and snowmobiling trails right from your campsite.<br>Opening dates are subject to weather conditions. All campsites are first come-first served. Self-registration is in effect with camping fees paid by cash or personal cheque only.No firewood is available on site.You are expected to bring your own water.
