    A small campground found in Minnow Lake Provincial Recreation Area, 20 km east of Edson on Hwy. 16 and 20 km south on Wolf Lake Road. Sites are in a grassy field with surrounding trees. Due to low water levels, the boat launch is closed, but you can hand launch small boats and canoes.s.<br>Firewood is sold on-site on weekends; on week days, wood is delivered on request (phone number posted at campground).Water is available from a hand pump at this site.

    This large campground offers many spacious sites, surrounded by mixed forest and suitable for RVs and tents. There are unserviced, powered, and pull-through sites to choose from. A fun getaway at all times of the year with many trails for hiking, mountain biking, or skiing. Families can enjoy a beach-front playground and summer interpretive programs. Miquelon is part of the Beaver Hills Dark Sky Preserve and is a nice spot to watch the stars.<br>Total load on power pedestals not to exceed 24 amps at 120 volts.     This large campground is found in Moonshine Lake Provincial Park, 27 km west of Spirit River on Hwy. 49 and 7 km north on Hwy. 725. There are many amenities here including powered sites, sewage disposal, a playground, showers, beach, pier, and boat launch. Enjoy swimming and beach activities as well as non-powered and electric powered boating. Fish for trout, hike, mountain bike, or picnic at Jack Bird Pond.<br>For self-registration sites in this campground, payment can be made by cash or personal cheque (payable to “Government of Alberta”). Credit cards are NOT accepted as payment.

    Moose Lake Campground is located in Moose Lake Provincial Park, 3 km north of Bonnyville on Hwy. 41 and 10 km west on Hwy. 660, and 1 km south on access road. Relax and spend hours on the sandy beach, and camp in a northern jack pine forest.<br>Site A-14 is not equipped with a fire pit. B-39 is the only site with 50 amp power.

    Mount Sarrail Walk-in Tenting Campground is in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, 50 km south of Hwy. 1 on Hwy. 40 and south on Kananaskis Lakes Trail. There are over 40 well-treed walk-in tenting sites here (no RVs). From here there is close access to the lakes for those hoping to canoe, fish or go boating.     Camp by the shores of a spring fed lake in Musreau Lake Provincial Recreation Area, 80 km south of Grande Prairie on Hwy. 40 and 2 km east on an access road. Sites are well-treed and suitable for RVs and tents. The clear, deep waters are great for swimming. Take your canoe or boat out for some fishing and exploring, hike along the lakeshore on the forested trail or hang out on the sandy beach.<br>This is a self-registration campground. With many bays and coves to poke around in, North Buck Lake is ideal for watersports and fishing. Be sure to watch the shoreline for nesting birds, and give them lots of space.<br>On-site security is provided on weekends.Firewood cost $8.00 for 1.5 cubic feetWater is available from a hand pump.
